GiftED doctoral programmeThe GiftED doctoral programme (Forskarskolan GiftED) has funding from the Swedish Research Council 2021-26. It is a partnership between Karlstad, Stockholm and Mälardalen Universities, with 10 current doctoral students. The image GiftED have embraced is of Swedish summer daisies (prästkragar). This image is a twist on the international flower associated with gifted education, the poppy.

Martin Schreier is one of our Ander Visiting Professors at CTF. The Visiting professorship is funded by Anne-Marie and Gustaf Ander Foundation for Media Research, which provide grants to cover the cost of a visiting professor at CTF for a month during the next three years. Martin Schreier is Professor of Marketing and currently Head of the Department of Marketing, WU Vienna, Austria.

I attended as head of CRS, as coordinator for the research project Ingoskog and due to my involvement in our other projects regarding bioeconomy. - My fellow researchers from Karlstad, Ida Grundel and Marie Nordfeldt, were also at the summit.

As climate change affects our watercourses, the researchers are looking for new ways to protect aquatic life and at the same time ensure reliable energy production.
