Login to Canvas
Below you log in to Canvas* via different links depending on whether you are a student, an employee at Karlstad University, an employee at another higher education institution, or belong to the group of other users.
Student
As a student, you must be registered for a course via My Kau and have a KauID to log in to the Canvas learning platform. If you do not see your course in Canvas, it may be because the course has not yet been published. Try again later or contact the teacher responsible for the course. If you have any problems, contact studentsupport@kau.se

Login is done with KauID.
- Teacher or research student from another university - login
If you are a teacher or research student from another university than Karlstad University, your account and university must first be registered for access to Karlstad University's Canvas. You will then log in via SWAMID.
If you have an eduID, also use the link above and select "eduID Sweden" as the organization.
