How do I print out? The printing system at Karlstad University is called Kauprint. With Kauprint you can send files to printers online and then pick up your files at any campus printer. The printers can also be used for scanning and emailing files. You are only allowed to copy/scan in accordance with the Bonus agreement or for personal use. Read more here. Charlotte Bäccman, senior lecturer in Psychology, explains. A war is being fought in Ukraine, Sweden are approximately 100 days away from an election, climate change is an enormous challenge and the energy prices are skyrocketing.
This study focuses on school leadership courses at Master’s level that have been developed in collaboration with a municipal school intendent in 2023. The training is designed to allow school leaders to work on the improvement of their own pedagogogical leadership in relation to an identified  aspect of local school improvement by the use of action research.

The drug market has changed in recent years. In addition to older, well-known drugs like heroin, cocaine and amphetamine, a number of new synthetic drugs are now available. These substances are often sold online, and the target groups are teenagers and young people. It is estimated that a new drug reaches the market each week; during 2014, 101 new synthetic substances were seen on the European drug market, and in 2015 another 100 new ones arrived.

A new study evaluated the association between early pregnancy exposure to eight PFAS compounds respectively and birth weight in 1,533 mother child pairs in the Swedish Environmental Longitudinal, Mother and child, Asthma and allergy (SELMA) study, specifically focusing on differences according to sex of the child. Researchers found significant associations between higher prenatal exposures for five different PFAS (PFOS, PFOA, PFNA, PFDA och PFUnDA) and lower birth weight
