The Uses of Late Style in Works of Leonard Cohen, Jonny Cash and Dolly Parton
This project was conducted by KuFo-researcher Anna Forssberg.
Based on Adorno’s theories on Late Style (Adorno 1937) this project focuses on Leonard Cohen’s last album, You want it darker (2016), as a Late Style model and compare it with Jonny Cash’s Unearthed ( a box with 5 CDs, 2003), and Dolly Parton’s production after her blue grass peak (from 2003 and onwards).

With increasing mobility and Internet usage, the demand for digital services increases and has reached critical and high assurance domains like e-Government, e-Health and e-Business. Those domains have high security and privacy requirements and hence will be harnessed with various novel mechanisms for secure access. Approaches for handling the resulting variety of authentication and authorisation mechanisms include the use of digital identity and access management systems (IAM).

And yet we do not seem to know very much about precisely what men do in the city as men. How do men experience gender in city spaces? What are the interactional dynamics between different groups of men on city streets?
Special education has its scientific basis in a number of different subjects, such as pedagogy, medicine, psychology and sociology. Central issues concern the relationship between the organisation of special educational activities in the light of democratic and participatory principles, on the one hand, and marginalisation and stigmatisation, on the other.

I work as a professor, voice teacher, researcher and head of subject of Classical Voice at Ingesund School of Music. I did my Master of Fine Arts at the Royal Acamdy of Music and the University College of Opera, both in Stockholm. I continued my studies at the University College of Opera in Stockholm in 1991–1995.

A project with researchers and municipalities from four countries: Sweden (Karlstad University, Alvesta Municipality), Finland (Turku Academy), Estonia (Tallinn University and an NGO) and Georgia (Georgian Institute of Public Affairs and an NGO). The project duration was September 2022-May 2023.

In the spring of 2017, I carried out my practical placement at Region Värmland’s European Office. I studied the political science master programme at Karlstad University and chose to complete my programme with international placement.
As main field of study, Cultural Studies includes a broad selection of courses as part of the Culture, Policy and Management Programme, but also as independent courses for non-programme students.
Three semesters of the programme are focused on the cultural sector and content is based on key issues and addresses current questions in the field.
Users make heavy demands on cloud-based services such as Dropbox, Spotify, and Netflix. With the existing technologies, however, users experience notable service disruption, especially when they move. Kyoomars Alizadeh Noghani, who recently completed his Ph.D.
