Mobile broadband gives 30% lower performance than normal broadband. This is shown in a new study presented by Karlstad researcher Mohammad Rajiullah at The Web Conference 2019, a top-ranked (A*) conference held on the 13th –17th May in San Francisco, USA.
Smartphones and mobile broadband have revolutionised web use.
This subproject, "Migration and Transformation of Powerful Knowledge", addresses one of the major social issues of today - migration and cultural encounters. Like the other subprojects in ROSE, this project centres on practice-oriented matters.

The project 'Language use - Swedish and English' investigates how students on the autism spectrum (ASD) use their first and second language.

- At the beginning of June, we traveled to Italy for the 8th Naples Forum on Service. It is a research conference that gathers service researchers from all over the world every other year to present and discuss research in service dominant logic, service science and systems theory and complexity theory, says Amie Gustafsson, PhD student in Business Administration.
