What is it that makes consumers take part in the shopping frenzy despite increased climate anxiety? Professor Per Kristensson explains.

– My name is William Granberg, I am 29 years old, and I live in Örebro. I previously worked as a warehouse worker/assembler. After six years of working, I decided to start studying. I have always been interested in social challenges and societal issues.

What do you do for a living?
- I am an estate agent at Skandiamäklarna in Linköping and I am very happy there. It is a stimulating working environment with very fun working tasks. Considering the fact that I have wanted to be an estate agent since I was 15 years old, this feels like a dream come true.
Why did you choose the real estate programme?
- Since I was certain of what I wanted to work with at an early age means I also had a very clear plan.
An effective, injury preventing 30 minute class to focus om your entire core musculature and cardio. The main equipment is your own body but you also use resistance bands and weights. You build up functional, everyday strength. Subject to class changes.

Organized uncertainty in elderly care: About quality, conditions for resistance, and staff's willingness to stayWe face a significant social policy challenge as the demand for elderly care is expected to increase sharply, while there is a shortage of trained workforce in elderly care. Studies have shown that working conditions in elderly care have deficiencies that worsen over time, associated with high sick leave and high staff turnover.
For Sandra Wettergren, the choice fell on Ingesund School of Music when she decided to become a music teacher and later also a singer at a higher level. Much of this was due to the school’s faculty, which she believes is crucial when choosing an educational institution.

... You have been on “RJ Sabbatical” the past year. What have you been working on?
– The aim of my sabbatical project has been to complete the research that I have conducted within the areas of marketing and service research based on practice theory. Practice theory focuses on understanding reality by studying what people do and the activities in which they engage. In my case, this refers to what marketers do and how this can be improved.

You don’t need any prior knowledge or a certain type of mobility to participate as the level is adapted for everyone.
