Elena Palani, welcome to Karlstad Business school and CTF!
- Thanks. I am a PhD student in business administration and researching food waste at the Business School and The Service Research Centre (CTF) and took my master's degree at the Business school and was very satisfied with my education. I felt that the teachers have a good grasp of the situation, especially when it comes to the market.

Mangroves can thrive in harsh environment and are used to natural perturbations like tropical cyclones. But, with several confounding pressures exacerbating each other, mangroves fail to withstand and diminish.
Mangroves, the coastal cousins of the inland forests, do not only represent a unique set of rich biodiversity but also provide important livelihoods, coastal defence, and carbon sinks.

Scanning electron microscope
A scanning electron microscope (SEM) uses a scanning focused beam of electrons to image a sample. The interaction between the incident electrons and the sample produces several different signals that contain information about the sample, such as secondary electrons, backscattered electrons and X-rays. By recording their signals as the electron beam is scanned across the sample, images can be formed.

Linking Instruction and Student Achievement – Professional Learning Observations of Teaching
LISA-PLOT is a combined research and development project investigating the importance of peer feedback and video-based group reflections for the development of teachers' teaching quality. Teachers are trained to use research-based criteria as a basis for observing and giving feedback to each other on their teaching.
Collaboration: undergraduate studies and external research
The ambition of the Spatial and Social Planning Programme is to offer education in close collaboration with society at large. Collaboration involves field trips, visits from guest lecturers, and reference groups among employers.
Olympus MX61
Our Olympus MX61 Optical microscope system is capable of scanning wafers up to 200mm in diameter with its motorized stage. Together with its fast autofocus system that can capture up to 2-3 images per second, it allows for accurate inspection of defects and structures complementing the LBIC scanning technique. Macros were developed to automatically scan large arrays of samples and automatically analyze the properties of objects on all images.

Many of the music teachers who are active today studied at Ingesund School of Music. One of these teachers is Henrik Bengtsson, who graduated in 2016. Today, he teaches music in a primary and lower-secondary school in Trollhättan. In addition, he also works as a freelance musician, on his own as well as together with his wife, who also studied at Ingesund.
To be able to apply a broad approach as a music teacher is important to Henrik.
