The online course "Servitization" will start in August 2019. Servitization, also called service infusion or service-product systems, is a highly important issue for many manufacturing companies around the world. If servitization is important and crucial for your organizational development, then this course is for you.
Servitization (6 ECTS credits) is a web-based course at master’s level developed for professionals working with or having an interest in servitization.
Teacher education in English has much in common with our degree courses, but with the addition of language and literature pedagogy. The pedagogical focus is on applying subject knowledge in a classroom setting.
The preschool and lower primary education degree programme requires 15 ECTS credits in English, and 30 ECTS cr are required for teaching English in upper primary education.

These include challenges for business in adopting new technologies, as well as the opportunity to offer information about destinations to new audiences, and to market and sell products and services to new markets. What do you do for a living today?
- I work as a consultant at AF and I have been primarily working as the Systems Compliance coordinator there. That means making sure that the systems ÅF uses are adjusted and follow the new General Data Protection Regulation.
Inger Roos is a senior associate professor in Marketing and was a researcher at CTF during 2002 - 2016. Here, she shares some memories of her first meeting with CTF and what made her become a researcher.
For many years, CTF has meant a lot to me and for my research on customer relationships stability.
