DICTUS
Dictus is a speech to-text app that writes the text you are saying out loud. It also writes the punctuation if you say it out loud. You can dictate a text and then mail or copy it.

Make your phone say out loud whatever you type or say (use that microphone in the keyboard). If you click on the text, a menu opens where you can choose to copy or share the text.

Anna Fyrberg Yngfalk is a Ph D in Business Administration specialized in Marketing. Anna defended her thesis in 2011 at Stockholm University School of Business. In her research, she is interested in studying how service and other marketing discourses affect and shape organizations’ and consumers’ practices and identities.
This subproject, "Migration and Transformation of Powerful Knowledge", addresses one of the major social issues of today - migration and cultural encounters. Like the other subprojects in ROSE, this project centres on practice-oriented matters.

We often hear about the importance of a strong brand. But how does a brand really affect the customer's experience of a service? Results in a new study show how customers’ experiences in service encounters are affected differently by the characteristics of a brand, store and consumer factors.
IMP>ACT aims to better understand and provide recommendations on how to measure what learners actually learn in sustainability and climate change education (SCCE).
Central to achieving this goal is the development and validation of the IMP>ACT assessment framework for users in policy and practice. SCCE is still relatively new in the EU context. There is still a lack of understanding of what effective SCCE looks like and how its impact can be measured.

The most important characteristic of an academic or scholarly article is that it has to pass an academic quality assessment before it can be published in an academic journal. Before an article is accepted for publication, it has to be reviewed by researchers working in the same field (referees).
How do I read e-books?
All our e-books can be read online without logging in or using special programs. If you would like to make notes, print or download you may also need to create a personal account with the vendor.
Outside campus students and employees need to login with their KauID to use the e-books.
E-books come in different formats, the most common are PDF or EPUB. Both formats can be open or copyrighted.

Annika Jonsson is an associate professor of sociology at the Department of Social and Psychological Studies, and active in REVA. With a background in interactionism, feminist theory, and the sociology of religion, she researches death and continuing bonds. She has published articles in journals such as Death Studies and Contemporary Social Science.

You have recently, together with Jakob Trischler, published a study that introduces a framework focusing on public services. Could you briefly tell us about the study and its findings?
– The study builds on my previous research on services as value-creating practices. Simply put, it aims to create a reference framework to understand that services consist of concrete value-creating activities in which people actively participate.

“Stop it” - do you really need all the preschools you are planning?" This is the call in the fall of 2024 from the Swedish Association of Local Authorities and Regions (SKR) to municipalities planning new preschools. The call highlights a future scenario for Swedish preschools based on a reduced birth rate over the next ten years.
