This conference is devoted to recent developments in Functional and Fourier Analysis, Interpolation, Homogenization and PDE-s, Inequalities, Convexity Theory and Engineering Mathematics.

We propose a back-to-back panel, from the Global Gender Matters (GGM) Network, based at the Department of Gender Studies, Lund University. We are an interdisciplinary group of scholars, who work on multiple scopes and scales of empirical and theoretical frameworks on local and global issues through a gendered and feminist lens.

Cristian Hernandez Benet, doctoral student in Computer Science at Karlstad University, has been awarded the prize Best Paper Award at the IEEE CloudNet conference, a large international conference focused on cloud networks in Coimbra, Portugal, that took place 4-6 November.
“The most prominent cloud network researchers in the world gather for this conference, so Cristian has received this prize in keen competition.

Ida Flink is Professor of Psychology at the Department of Social and Psychological Studies, Karlstad University. Her research focuses on the treatment of chronic pain, with a recent emphasis on vulvodynia.
Rose (Research on Subject-specific Education) is a multidisciplinary research environment with a special interest in subject-specific – learning and teaching in subjects. It includes how the content of teaching is selected and how different teaching methods affect and shape the subject content, from primary school to higher education.
