We caught up with Professor Michael Kleinaltenkamp, Freie Universität Berlin, Germany, who is visiting CTF March 26-29. During this time he will present one of his current research projects at an open CTF seminar and work on a joint research project with Professor Bo Edvardsson and Ph.
Professor Martin Schreier was appointed Ander Visiting Professor at CTF in December 2017. In the beginning of May he visited CTF to meet with the researchers, and to give a seminar on customer empowerment and crowdsourcing.

Martin Schreier is one of our Ander Visiting Professors at CTF. The Visiting professorship is funded by Anne-Marie and Gustaf Ander Foundation for Media Research, which provide grants to cover the cost of a visiting professor at CTF for a month during the next three years.
Martin Schreier is Professor of Marketing and currently Head of the Department of Marketing, WU Vienna, Austria.
In December 2017, Professor Satoshi Fujii was appointed Ander Visiting Professor at CTF. Last week, he paid his first visit to CTF to get acquainted with the research center and to meet with the researchers.
Dr. Satoshi Fujii is a professor of transportation planning and behavioral-psychological analysis of transportation in the Department of Urban Management at Kyoto University, Japan.

Last week, fifty ambassadors came to visit Värmland with the purpose to get to know the county, visit local enterprises and make new contacts. The first stop during the visit was at Karlstad University where the university’s two excellent research environments, CTF, Service Research Center and Computer Science presented their research.

We welcome Jasper van Kuijk, Assistant professor of User-centered design & innovation at Delft University of Technology in the Netherlands. He will be a visiting researcher at CTF until next summer.
