... What research area will you conduct research in and what will you focus on?
- I will conduct research in the organizational psychology field focusing on the individual in organizational change. It is a well-known fact that organizational change often entails major challenges for employees within an organization, and that many difficulties linked to different change initiatives often can be traced back to psychological or psychosocial factors in the individual.

Much discourse among service researchers circles around ‘value-in-use’, but still tend to apply research methods examining ‘value-ex-use’. Taking the ‘use situation’ seriously, we have reason to pave the way for advanced ‘in situ methodologies’.
What is this phenomenon called ‘service’, and how can we learn more about it?

Her music is electro-influenced and energetic, and her lyrics are confrontational, often critical of society. There is a shift happening within service design from designing something "out there" to designing ourselves. This shift opens up questions about how we might design our "systemic-self" and what new approaches we need to do so.
In service design, there is often a focus on mapping the service systems we wish to change. We create personas, draw user journeys and plot out the different stakeholders.

From the perspective that life after the coronavirus never fully will be the same, and we will not go back to “business as usual”, the COVID-19 crisis has highlighted the urgent need to rethink the human ecosystem. The relationship between humanity and nature, and, more specifically, the service ecosystem. While it is clear that the crisis will contribute to a transformation of the world as we know it, dare we hope that it can be transformed into one that is more inclusive and sustainable?
