It's time to look back on 2023 – the second year for the Center for Geomedia Studies. First and foremost, I want to thank you for all the valuable contributions and efforts that collectively build our shared research environment! The examples below, taken from our news feed, provide a glimpse of what we were up to during 2023. But much more also took place. New externally funded projects started – others continued. Kau Science Week on Instagram

Kauresearch is the university’s Instagram account dedicated to research information. For the second year in a row, the themed week Kau Science Week is held at the same time as the Nobel Week. Kau Science Week is mainly featured on the Kauresearch account. A post will be published every day throughout the week, drawing attention to researchers and research at Karlstad University. The posts will be accompanied by stories and hashtags for further reading or listening.

International mobility enables valuable collaboration for researchers from Karlstad University and UMONS, the University of Mons in Belgium.
