Welcome back Angela Caridà!

Angela Caridà, research fellow at University Magna Graecia of Catanzaro, Italy, will be visiting CTF during the next three months. This is her second time at CTF. She visited us during three months last year.  Angela Caridà have a Ph D in Economic and Management of Healthcare. Her main areas of interest are service innovation, interactive marketing and co-creation. In the last two years her research focus has been on the service innovation in healthcare.

Check your loans online to see holds and due dates Currently there are problems to send emails from Karlstad university to users with hotmail.com or live.com addresses. The problem should be solved within a few days. Until then the library will send undelivered emails as regular mail as well, but users are kindly requested to log in to "My loans" to see holds and changed due dates faster. When logged in to "My loans" it is also possible to change or add an e-mail adress.

Professor "Parsu" Parasuraman is visiting CTF at the end of this week. On Thursday he will give a seminar at CTF on the theme "?Importance and Impact of Programmatic Research: Insights from My Service Research Journey". ? On Friday he will be the faculty opponent for a dissertation with PhD Student Poja Shams. The dissertation "What Does it Take to Get your Attention?" is on the choices you make in stores. 6 million SEK in programme support for CFBUPH The Centre for Research on Child and Adolescent Mental Health (CFBUPH) has been granted 6 million SEK in programme support from the FAS (The Swedish Council for Working Life and Social Research) to study the impacts of changed living conditions on child and adolescent mental health. Out of a total of 21 applications in the area of Children's and young people's early life conditions, 3 were approved.
