Explore AI tools in Scopus and Web of Science
The library has activated trial periods for a couple of AI tools that aim to enhance the search experience through natural language and intelligent topic exploration. You can find the tools directly in the databases Scopus and Web of Science. The test runs until October 10.
Scopus AI
Scopus AI allows you to search using full questions or phrases—no need for keywords or Boolean operators. You can even ask your question in Swedish (or another language); the response will be provided in English.
The results are based on abstracts from the Scopus database and are presented as a brief or extended summary with references, foundatinal documents and a concept map generated from your query.

Trial period - Web of Science Research Assistant
During September, the library has a trial period for the AI tool Research Assistant available in the Web of Science database.
The tool is developed by Clarivate, and the hope is that it will make it easier for researchers to find relevant documents in the database by allowing them to ask questions in their own language, get help finding relevant journals, generate visualizations and subject maps, etc. The answers are based on the material available in the database.
