Introduction to Research Leadership 

The Introduction to Research Leadership program is aimed for researchers who want to develop their leadership awareness and skills within a research context. The program consists of four modules.

The Introduction to Research Leadership program is aimed for researchers who want to develop their leadership awareness and skills within a research context. The program consists of four modules:

Module 1: Foundations of Research Leadership (February 5th)

Module 2: Leading Self and Others (March 5th)

Module 3: Building and Sustaining Research Teams (May 6th)

Module 4: Vision, Strategy, and Research Leadership in Practice (June 9th)

Please notice that you need to register for each module separately.
We recommend that you do the modules in sequence, 1 to 4.
Module 4: Vision, Strategy, and Research Leadership in Practice is only open for those who have done modules 1 to 3.

MIRAI 3.0 Skillset Training Webinars: Research and Innovation Collaboration

During spring 2026, KAU Grants & Innovation Office will offer a webinar series covering topics relevant for cooperation between researchers at Swedish and Japanese universities, with a particular focus on EU funding. These are open, free of charge, to staff at all MIRAI partner universities. 

Each webinar will run from 09.00–10.30 (CET/CEST) with time for discussion and questions. Participants must register by emailing GIO@kau.se at least one week before the webinar which they wish to attend. They will then be sent the Zoom invitation for the event.

Network for Open Science Professionals

Missa inte möjligheten att bli en del av ett nätverk som samlar forskare, forskningsledare och rådgivare inom forskning och innovation.

Nätverket har planerade aktiviteter för kunskapsdelning och lärande, som inleds med en serie webbinarier:

4. Kaleidos – lärdomar och erfarenheter
