Student IT support service

Please describe the problem, tell us your name and the name and/or code of the course. We may ask for your personal number, if necessary.

The Student IT support service also provides guidance on the most common Office-related questions and helps you with settings on your own laptop. The support service is available at the Welcome Centre on weekdays from 11:00 to 13:00.

Canvas

Canvas is the university's learning platform for course activities such as distribution of course materials, communication, group work and assignments.

Zoom

Zoom is Karlstad University's software for online meetings and teaching.
