… you have defended your doctoral thesis: “Self-tracking, datafication and the biopolitical prosumption of life”. What is your thesis about?
- The thesis focuses on and examines the popular consumption phenomenon of self-tracking, which allows and enables consumers to track, quantify and datafy diverse facets of their lives.

Two IT projects at Karlstad University will receive funding from Internetstiftelsen (The Internet Fund). One project will focus on improving fifth generation mobile networks, 5G, and the other on further developing the anonymity service TOR.
In total, five projects have been granted funding and a share in the 1,4 million SEK that Internetstiftelsen provides.

.. Why did you attend this conference?
- This is a recurrent international summit at top level with a focus on sustainable bioeconomy. I attended as head of CRS, as coordinator for the research project Ingoskog and due to my involvement in our other projects regarding bioeconomy.
- My fellow researchers from Karlstad, Ida Grundel and Marie Nordfeldt, were also at the summit.

Present were also current IT students, high school students from Fria Läroverken as well as professionals from CGI, Ibiz solutions, Municipality of Karlstad, Netgain, Sogeti and ÅF.
