AI tool as aid for students

Students at Karlstad University have access to the AI tool Microsoft Copilot. Copilot allows you to use a chat function that can help generate text and images, analyse data, summarise documents, write code, and much more. However, be aware of certain limitations in today’s AI models. It is also important not to use the tool to cheat – a critical approach and honesty are crucial for using AI responsibly. AI tools are not always permitted aids during exams.

Read more about the tool Log in to Web of Science The tool is developed by Clarivate, and the hope is that it will make it easier for researchers to find relevant documents in the database by allowing them to ask questions in their own language, get help finding relevant journals, generate visualizations and subject maps, etc.
