Meet a researcher - How to solve our own problems
How to solve our own problems
Either we use the power in our own brain to solve our problems or we refer to an expert to help us.
More than 20 years of research and three intervention projects show that we can solve our own problems—and become the expert of our own lives—if we know how to do that.
In this lecture Alireza Moula, Associate Professor in Social work, will tell you how to
1. Find the power within your brain
2. Use this power through a problem-solving model
3. Use that model, again and again until it becomes a habit of your mind
4. In this way, you train your mind to become a rational and a problem-solving mind.
