Data Management Plan (DMP) Workshop
Planning how to manage the data in your research project not only sets a strong, responsible foundation for your work but also meets the requirements of many research funders, who often mandate a comprehensive Data Management Plan (DMP) as part of grant applications. An effective data management plan addresses the entire data life cycle from collection to sharing and archiving.
In collaboration with the research data support group, the university library is organizing a two-hour workshop on research data management for researchers this spring. In this workshop we will cover the fundamentals of research data management, how to create an effective plan, and the benefits of a well-planned DMP for your research and for you as a researcher. We will also provide a step-by-step guide to using DMP Online, a tool designed to help you create data management plans.
The workshop will be held in English. No registration required—drop in!
