By early summer, Kevin Larsson will graduate with a bachelor's degree in music production from Ingesund School of Music. Kevin grew up as far south in Sweden as you can get, specifically in Ystad.

Singer and composer Lisa Östergren has been an active musician and vocal coach for many years. She is a vocal coach and jazz ensemble teacher at the Ingesund School of Music. As a composer, she is passionate about children's music, and this past weekend, she was awarded a Grammy for Best Children's Music. Lisa Östergren has extensive experience as a teacher, having worked at folk high schools, cultural schools, and privately.

During Stina Hagsten's upbringing in Vetlanda, she was always surrounded by people who played and sang. Her interest in music has been there for as long as she can remember, and even though she attended the natural science program in high school, she chose to train as a music teacher after graduation. Stina Hagsten's main instrument is the saxophone, but she also plays the flute and clarinet.

Master's student Ida Wadenbrandt worked during the holidays, touring with Robert Wells and Rhapsody in Rock from December 27 to January 6 in China. Intense days that have sparked a desire for more projects abroad and more work in China. You have done several concerts with Robert Wells with Ingesund's string ensemble before, and as I understand it, you were also the concertmaster then.

For Sandra Wettergren, the choice fell on Ingesund School of Music when she decided to become a music teacher and later also a singer at a higher level. Much of this was due to the school’s faculty, which she believes is crucial when choosing an educational institution.

The teacher and musician Georg Gulyás teaches guitar, chamber music, and guitar methodology at the Ingesund School of Music. After his promotion, he can now call himself a professor. Georg Gulyás was born in Säffle, and his Hungarian father worked at the city’s library while his Finnish mother worked with the church’s children’s hours. His basic qualification in classical guitar is from the Malmö Academy of Music.

Where and when did you play in connection to the award ceremony? “We played at the beginning of the red carpet outside the Grand Hotel as all the guests arrived, from 4:00 PM and for a good hour until the royal family arrived.  How did it feel to play for all of Sweden’s music elite, as well as for the award winners and other musicians who flew in? “
