Prerequisites
A Degree of Bachelor of 180 credits, of which at least 90 credits with progressive specialisation in the main field of business administration or in a main field in engineering, natural sciences, social sciences or humanities, including an independent project of at least 15 credits at G2E level. Upper secondary school level English 6. Equivalence assessment can be made.

Application and tuition fees
- Total fee: 190,000 SEK (approximately €21,111)
- Per semester / First payment: 47,500 SEK (approximately €5,278)
- Application fee: 900 SEK (approximately €100)
If you are an exchange student, or if you have citizenship in a European Union (EU) or European Economic Area (EEA) country, or Switzerland, you are NOT required to pay application or tuition fees.

The Master Programme in Management: Sustainable Value Creation equips students with the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively lead businesses in a changing global landscape. As a student, you will gain expertise in value-creating and user-centred approaches, while also applying a broader system perspective with a focus on sustainability and social responsibility. This comprehensive foundation prepares you to navigate the complexities of a rapidly changing business environment and societal challenges, enabling you to lead organisations through transformation and growth.During the programme you will have the opportunity to delve into key subjects such as innovation through service design, business model innovation and change management, with a particular focus on how these can be applied within the framework of sustainability efforts.
The programme is closely connected to the Service Research Center (CTF) at Karlstad University, which gives you a unique insight into the latest research and its practical applications. Through collaboration with companies and organisations, as well as case studies, you will gain a deep understanding of how to lead and drive change in both the private and public sectors, with a particular focus on service development and sustainable value creation.
