Change Management
5.0 ECTS creditsThe course covers various theoretical and practical models for change and transition work within an organisation. It examines and critically explores the significance and application of leadership in organisational change processes, based on different context-specific conditions and with a focus on the leader–follower relationship. Furthermore, the course investigates and problematises the concept of organisational sustainability from both instrumental and human perspectives.

Admission requirements
A degree of Bachelor of at least 180 ECTS credits in a main area of study in Technology, Natural Science, Social Science, or the Humanities, including a degree project of at least 15 ECTS credits at the G2E level, or 90 ECTS credits in Business Management as part of the Master programme (SACEK), including 30 ECTS credits at the G2F level or higher, and upper secondary level English 6 or B, or equivalent

Selection is usually based on your grade point average from upper secondary school or the number of credit points from previous university studies, or both.
