E-service design and integration
When a new e-service is designed, it is important to model and illustrate what data the e-service needs and how the data is going to be processed by the e-service. However, this results in a set of user views each illustrating some specific part of the e-service. To obtain one holistic view of the e-service, we need to integrate these inte one view, one conceptual schema. In doing so, several problems such as homonyms and synonyms need to be recognized and resolved. To support the integration process, methods are needed. In my research I focus on developing a semi-automatic integration method for structural and behavioural aspects.
