Localt test (LI-test) in Classical Music
Applicants to main instrument or vocals in the classical music genre are required to partake in the local entrance test (L-test) by submitting videos of themselves playing/singing according to the instructions below.
TEST COMPONENTS
No later than Wednesday 22 April 2026 at 4:00 PM, you must submit two recorded pieces of contrasting character, one of which is mandatory for most instruments (see the list below). You will receive an email with a link where you upload your videos after 17 April. Please be prepared that you may be required to show valid photo identification during the audition period.
(Classical percussion has a different entrance exam format in spring 2026, which means that applicants for percussion will take their audition on site. Read more about the percussion audition in the list below.)
You may choose to perform with or without accompaniment. It is acceptable to use YouTube or an app (e.g. MyPianist) for accompaniment if you do not have access to a pianist.
Your pieces must be submitted as separate video recordings. You will receive an email with a link where you should upload the videos.

- At the start of the video, clearly state which piece you are going to perform.
