Intercultural studies: Leadership, teams and organisations
7.5 ECTS creditsThe course provides an overview of current research on the way in which cultural factors influence leadership in different types of organisations and different cultural contexts. The course shows how various culture-specific relationships between leadership, teams, and individuals interact and affect the result in organisations. Students give a presentation in a seminar on the importance of self-reflexivity for the interaction of people in organisations, from a comparative cultural perspective. Instruction is in the form of lectures and seminars.
