Intercultural studies: Leadership, teams and organisations

The course provides an overview of current research on the way in which cultural factors influence leadership in different types of organisations and different cultural contexts. The course shows how various culture-specific relationships between leadership, teams, and individuals interact and affect the result in organisations. Students give a presentation in a seminar on the importance of self-reflexivity for the interaction of people in organisations, from a comparative cultural perspective. Instruction is in the form of lectures and seminars.

Selection is usually based on your grade point average from upper secondary school or the number of credit points from previous university studies, or both.
