Projects and leadership for engineers
7.5 ECTS creditsThe course centres on the theoretical foundation and practical application of techniques for project management in professional contexts relevant to engineers. The emphasis is on delimiting, planning, organising and concluding a project, theories and models regarding individual and group motivation, behaviour and development, as well as basic theories and explanatory models regarding leadership aspects. Instruction is in the form of lectures, laboratory sessions and seminars, and primarily on group work on reality-based cases.

Selection is usually based on your grade point average from upper secondary school or the number of credit points from previous university studies, or both.
