Responsible management and leadership
7.5 ECTS creditsThe course covers economic, social, and ecological sustainability in relation to the management and leadership of organisations aiming to achieve sustainable operations. The course includes discussion of how ethics, core values, the societal responsibility of organisations, and sustainable development influence and create new conditions for business development and management, among other things. The management of organisations is discussed from the perspectives of both owners and managers, and the importance of gender equality and diversity issues is treated both in relation to a manager perspective on sustainable leadership, and in relation to ethics.

90 ECTS credits in Business Administration, including at least 30 ECTS credits at the G2F level or higher, and upper secondary level English 6, or equivalent
