- The research at CRS is about creating societies, a broad field not least from a sustainability point of view. How can we build and develope societies, froman ecological, economic and social sustainable perspective? The board plays an important part and is an excellent forum for discussing issues for the future, both for the research field itself and for CRS as a research environment. It is a good board, with a lot of competence, knowledge and experience. There is a good combination of new members and continuity from the previous board, says Margareta Dahlström, professor of Human Geography and Director of CRS.
