Mellanlägesseminarium är det andra av de tre obligatoriska seminarierna som doktoranden har under sin utbildning. Huvudsyftet med seminariet är att ge doktoranden feedback och tips inför det fortsatta arbetet med avhandlingen men är också en kvalitetsgranskning av avhandlingsarbetet. Seminariet inleds med en kort presentation där doktoranden presenterar sitt avhandlingsarbete ca 10-15 minuter. Därefter diskuteras arbetet av en extern granskare. Vid seminariet förs en akademisk diskussion med konstruktiv feedback kring manuset. Det kommer även ges utrymme för kollegor att ge feedback och föra en allmän diskussion.

Seminariet kommer att hållas på engelska.

The mid seminar is the second of the three mandatory seminars that doctoral students have during the studies. The main purpose of the seminar is to give the doctoral student feedback and helpful ideas before further work on the thesis, it is at the same time a quality review of the thesis work. The seminar begins with a short presentation where the doctoral student presents the thesis work for about 10-15 minutes. Next, the work will be discussed by the external reviewer. At the seminar, there is an academic discussion with constructive feedback about the manuscript. There will also be an opportunity for colleagues to give feedback and have a general discussion.

The seminar will be held in English.
