Brown Bag Seminar: Great Leadership Starts with Self-Leadership
Welcome to an inspiring brown bag seminar with Soumaya Ben Letaifa, Associate Professor of Strategy at the Management School of Université du Québec à Montréal, Canada.
Soumaya Ben Letaifa is visiting Sweden and CTF in connection with Kvalitetsmässan, and during this seminar she will share insights on how self-leadership can be a game changer in public sector transformation.
Soumaya will explore how self-awareness helps managers maximize their impact by understanding their behaviours, aligning with their motivations, and effectively harnessing social and emotional energy.
This, in turn, enhances their ability to take initiative, drive innovation, build confidence, maintain composure, and strengthen both personal and collective resilience and agility.
Drawing on multiple self-leadership journeys, her presentation will illustrate how self-leadership accelerates strategy execution by fostering seamless, intrinsic organizational change. She will conclude with key insights and feedback from over 3,000 managers and leaders worldwide who have experienced this transformative self-leadership journey, highlighting the perceived return on investment and its lasting impact.
