The course gives an introduction in local as well as global differential geometry for curves and surfaces in the Euclidean space with dimension 3. Concepts like different kinds of curvatures, the first and the second fundamental forms, geodesics and parallel transport are considered. The course closes with the famous Gauss-Bonnét Theorem.
