Operations Management

The course deals with various models for analysing and supporting operative decisions in industrial management. Problems treated have different time perspectives, ranging from strategic decisions of long-term consequences to the daily run of operations. The emphasis is on the short-term decisions regarding production and distribution. Business systems are treated in laboratory sessions in terms of their structure and use.

Admission to the Engineering Master's programme TACBR at Karlstad University and industrial management 30 ECTS cr
