My research interests are in the area of low latency networking, web performance, mobile broadband (MBB) networks, including 5G and beyond (5GB), and the Internet of Things (IoT). During my Ph.D. studies, I focused mainly on techniques for low-latency communication on the Internet as a part of the first European project in the area: Reducing Internet Transport Latency (RITE). Then I was involved in the research for improving user experience on the web under another European project NEAT. Afterwards, in the last five years, I gained vast research experiences of performance evaluations in both operational and testbed-based 4G and 5G MBB networks through two other major European projects MONROE and 5GENESIS. Currently, I am leading a sub project under DRIVE project.
