Research
My research interests mainly concern how technology can be used to improve the teaching and learning of mathematics. So far, the emphasis has been on how the use of dynamic mathematics software (e.g. GeoGebra) could increase opportunities for upper secondary school and university students to develop their mathematical reasoning ability. In the studies there has been focus on task design in a dynamic software environment and on the reasoning that emerges when students work on tasks in such an environment.
