The focus of my research is on leadership, organisation and school improvement and in my thesis from 2006 I illuminated a university from a learning organisation perspective based on system theory. Current research is on collaboration practice between researchers and school leaders, didactic school improvement, principals leading within school for pupil with learning or severe learning disorders, quality work within municipal adult education.
