• Light Beam Induced Current (LBIC) mapping at 826 nm wavelength
• Electroluminescence imaging
• Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) and Electron Beam Induced Current (EBIC) mapping
• Automized optical microscope
• Lifetime Mapping Tool
• IV-curve flasher (solar simulator)
• Laser scriber and cutter
• Polishing machine
• Handheld-Thermocamera

Currently, we are setting up:

• Electroluminescence imaging
• Shunt imaging
• Light Beam Induced Current (LBIC) mapping at 405 nm and 830 nm wavelength
