CTF seminar “Full Circle Design in Government Service Organizations”
Maike Klip Veltman, PhD student from Delft University of Technology | TU will hold a seminar.
Title: “Full Circle Design in Government Service Organizations”
Maike Klip Veltman, a PhD candidate that Jasper van Kuijk supervises, will be in Karlstad from October 7 to 10. She will of course be present on the fikasoffa, and at the lunch table. But she will also present her research on government services that are good for (the) people, focusing on her conceptual framework, "Full Circle Design in Government Service Organizations," which explores design's role in value creation within government settings.
Maike will also discuss insights from her practice case involving the eight largest government service organizations in the Netherlands that are developing services for citizens with government debts. As a participatory action researcher, she has gathered insights on implementing human-centered design in government, emphasizing the need for both design and government to adapt for a collaborative service design approach. She looks forward to discussing her findings with you. If you want to stay up to date on Maikes research, she regularly blogs about it (in English): https://eur03.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fklipklaar.nl%2Fen%2F&data=05%7C02%7CM.M.Veltman%40tudelft.nl%7Cecfe3235078d401b952708dcdc90bf0b%7C096e524d692940308cd38ab42de0887b%7C0%7C0%7C638627761478061829%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJWIjoiMC4wLjAwMDAiLCJQIjoiV2luMzIiLCJBTiI6Ik1haWwiLCJXVCI6Mn0%3D%7C0%7C%7C%7C&sdata=r99gkC%2FOLXMvkDGyX%2BWwG0oMJIQciwrYK9rbeL3%2BFFY%3D&reserved=0
