Rarely has our research on behavior change, service development, ecosystems and public services been as current, relevant and applicable as during this past year. The pandemic has significantly affected our lives and changed many behaviors with consequences for companies and the public sector, and for society and individuals as well. As one of Sweden's largest research centers, it is important to reflect on this. From a CTF perspective, it has been interesting to study how the principles of service research have been adopted by various different organizations. Several of the researchers have contributed and supported with knowledge about value-creating processes, on how people behave, what organizations can do to meet the needs of people and society in this crisis that still is ongoing. We have been visible in media and contributed to the debate on behavioral changes and the spread of infection, but also on climate and transport issues to name a few examples. During the autumn we will invest heavily in our research and current research projects as well as with a number of events - where we hopefully will have the opportunity to meet physically. 2021 is a special year for us at CTF as we celebrate our 35th anniversary. We will celebrate this with a special seminar series during the autumn. Keep updated about this and more in our newsletter, on our website and in social media!
