2021-09-15Karlstad Business School has compiled the report ”Sharing information on our progress 2019 - 2020” as a part of the work within PRME.
PRME (Principles for Responsible Management Education) is a tool that makes it possible to fulfil Karlstad Business School’s vision, as well as a way to coordinate the ambition in relation to the goals.
The report “Sharing information on our progress 2019 - 2020” covers the two years (2019-2020) which the six principles of PRME and Karlstad Business Schools organisational practices are based on, including the overarching work with sustainability at Karlstad University. In the report, Karlstad Business School, the institutionalisation of PRME and the implementation of the goals, are introduced.
During 2017-18, Karlstad Business School focused on the adoption of the six PRME principles. In the next step (2019-20), focus was on implementing the following goals:
- Quality education (number 4)
- Gender equality (number 5)
- Responsible consumption and production (12)
- Climate action (13)
- Karlstad Business School is a fine example of challenge-driven transformation, says Samuel Petros Sebhatu, senior lecturer at Karlstad Business School. We have used PRME as a tool to fulfil our vision and mission statement.
