Distance education continues in the spring term 2021
2020-12-15Karlstad University extends the decision on distance education. As a general rule, examination and teaching will take place remotely during the spring term 2021.
Most of the teaching and examinations at Karlstad University will continue to take place remotely during the spring term 2021. Placements (VFU) are, however, exempt from this general rule.
“To enable planning for the next term, we had to make this decision now”, says Johan Sterte, Vice-Chancellor of Karlstad University. “I hope that all students and staff are able to hang in there a while longer.”
Examinations and course components that take place on campus at Karlstad University and Ingesund School of Music in Arvika require a risk assessment by the head of security beforehand.
The decision is effective from 14 December and supplements the Vice-Chancellor’s decision 165/20.
