Koha - new library system
On November 30, we changed the library system. On this page you can read more about what the system change means for you as a library user.

Loan periods
The system change will entail some changes in terms of our loan periods. We change from open loan period to automatic re-borrowing items. This means that you will get a 14-day loan period, but that the book then is automatically renewed as long as no one is in line. The borrower is notified by e-mail when re-lending can no longer take place.
Course-reference books still need to be returned by midnight the same day as they were borrowed.
Login and My loans
Login to My loans and for Reservations is done with KauID for students and staff. Others log in with social security number and PIN code.
Only one email address can be used for messages. If you receive messages to several addresses today, you should check which one will be used. For students, the e-mail address is retrieved from Ladok (MittKau).
