Open access deal - Institute of Physics
Karlstad University Library is part of a renewed national open access deal with Institute of Physics (IoP) through the Bibsam consortia. The read and publish agreement prolongs the existing deal and runs through 2024. The deal gives KaU researchers the opportunity to publish open access and free of charge in most hybrid and all gold journal included in the deal.
How the deal works
- Only articles accepted for publishing from 1 January 2021 onwards are eligible to benefit from the deal.
- Use your KaU email and affiliation through the entire publication process.
- When your manuscript has been accepted for publishing IoP will inform you that it will be published open access at no cost to you. IoP will ask you to accept the CC-BY license.
