Swedish as a Foreign Language I

The course includes instruction and practical exercises in Swedish language proficiency, communication skills, basic grammar and the Swedish sound system. The student is expected to acquire basic vocabulary and simple phrases. The course includes exercises in reading comprehension, written communication and listening comprehension.

Progressive specialisation: G1N (has only upper‐secondary level entry requirements)

Education level: Undergraduate level

Admission requirements: General admission requirements with the exception of the prerequisite of upper secondary level Swedish.

Selection: Selection is usually based on your grade point average from upper secondary school or the number of credit points from previous university studies, or both.
