Risk Management - Master Degree Project

Instruction is provided online via a web based platform and at two to three campus meetings at the start of the course, during the supervision period and for the final seminar at the end of the course. Individual supervision is offered.

The course comprises the following components:
- general introduction
- thesis work
- seminar presentation, defence and peer reviewing
- ethical reflections and decisions on research issues and research and development projects.

Progressive specialisation: A2E (second cycle, contains degree project for Master of Arts/Master of Science (120 credits)))

Education level: Master's level

Admission requirements: General admission requirements for admission to Master level programmes (first-cycle qualifications of 180 ECTS cr, 120 ECTS cr or equivalent) and completed mandatory courses for the Master programme Risk Management in Society, totalling at least 50 ECTS credits, of which 7.5 ECTS cr are earned for the methods courses in quantitative research (FHAE41) and qualitative research (FHAE33).

Selection:

Selection is usually based on your grade point average from upper secondary school or the number of credit points from previous university studies, or both.
