Orientation in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy
7.5 ECTS creditsThe course is introduced by a comprehensive description of CBT and continues with an historical survey of the development of both behaviour therapy and cognitive therapy. Different areas in which CBT has proved effective are treated. The course also contains practical sessions in which students develop their skills in CBT. Qualitative methods of analysing data are introduced and problematised.
