Module A Analysis, problem formulation and problem solution skills, 7.5 ECTS cr
The following components are included: the importance of mental health challenges to the cooperation between client and case manager, behavioural analytical foundations, and diagnostic-symptomatological specialisation. Instruction is problem-oriented with a focus on provider, client and next-of-kin.
Module B Methodological specialisation, 7.5 ECTS cr
The following components are included: enhanced knowledge of the RACT methodology and how it can be handled in supervision, interaction with next-of-kin, communication training and pedagogical and professional approaches, including interview skills. Implementation of evidence or knowledge-based methodology is treated. The module is based on current literature and the participants' experience of ongoing supervision.
Module C Supervision skills and project, 15 ECTS cr
The following components are included: basic theoretical knowledge of supervision methodology with an emphasis on RACT supervision and supervision of their own supervision with a focus on pedagogical application.

Basic training in case management methodology (integrated psychiatry, resource group ACT or FACT), one year of professional experience as a case manager and currently in a supervisory capacity
Selection:
Selection is usually based on your grade point average from upper secondary school or the number of credit points from previous university studies, or both.
