13.0 ECTS creditsThe course comprises the following three modules:
Module 1: Individual, work and organisation, 6 ECTS cr.
Lectures and seminars on leadership, group processes and supervision are linked to an assignment to supervise a work team (4-6 persons) independently. The focus of the supervision is decided by the student and group in consultation. Students are provided supervision of their supervision during the period and students report on their progress through session reports, summarised in writing and discussed at a final seminar.
Module 2: Creativity and innovation, 3 ECTS cr.
Creativity and innovative thinking is an essential element of a psychologist's practice in all areas. Instruction is based on research in creative and innovative thinking. Students' understanding and abilities are enhanced through group work, seminars and an individual project discussed in seminar.
Module 3: Entrepreneurship for psychologists, 4 ECTS cr.
Instruction is based on concrete examples and experiences of entrepreneurship in the fields of the psychologist. Lectures and group work focus on legal aspects and area-specific conditions. Individually or in groups, students formulate the conditions and the implementation of an imagined business development.
