Understanding that leadership is based on the needs and goals of elderly persons
What it means to take other people seriously
Ethical problems, concepts, and theories
Transfers of power in health care
Verbal and non-verbal communication
Current legislation, system of values, guidelines, and policy documents
The role of the leader
Challenges in health care
Evidence-based health care in practice
